How do I place my pre-order?
You can place your pre-order by calling, texting, or using our online order form. Give us a call or send a text directly to 484-433-8330 or 484-570-5998 with your selections.

What are the order deadlines for each pickup day?
For Thursday dinner service (open 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM), pre-orders must be submitted by Tuesday night. For Saturday service (open 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM), pre-orders must be placed by Wednesday night.

Do certain dishes sell out early?
Yes, our customer favorites like our rich Oxtail dinner ($30) and our Saturday Special Roast Pork dinner ($16) sell out very quickly. Early pre-orders will secure your dinners.

What is included with each dinner entrée?
All dinners include your choice of protein or seafood, two homemade sides of your choice, and fresh corn bread. Additional sides are also available for $4 each.

When and how do I pay for my order?
We offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay securely in advance when placing your pre-order, or complete payment directly upon pickup.

What should I know about pickup day?
Pickup is simple and flexible. We accommodate designated pickup time windows, provide convenient curbside pickup when you arrive, or welcome you to step inside to collect your meal during operating hours.

What are your operating and pickup hours?
We are open for scheduled pickups on Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at our Bethlehem kitchen.

Can I add extra sides to my pre-order?
Yes, you can add any of our signature sides for $4 each, including baked mac and cheese, collard greens, candied yams, cabbage, green beans, potato salad, white rice, or rice and beans.
